In any case, we want to give you some information about the concept of processing personal data, the people who handle it.
DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Processing of personal data of means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or set of personal data, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, extracting, consulting, using, communicating by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparing or interconnecting, limiting, erasing or distributing.

LIST OF MAIN TREATMENT ACTIVITIES
1) The data collected through navigation will not be disseminated; (the hosting used by the owner is located in Italy at the company Ergonet srl). However, for the effective execution of the requested service, some data may be shared with external parties called upon to carry out specific tasks on behalf of our company (by way of example only: legal, IT, management consultants). In any case, the data controller undertakes to protect the security of all your personal data by taking the necessary IT and physical measures to protect them. It is appropriate, however, to point out that no security system guarantees with absolute certainty such protection, therefore, except in cases of liability for negligence of the data controller, B Cosmetics Srl. shall not be liable for the act performed by third parties who abusively access the systems without due authorization.
2) With simple navigation, no identifying data will be collected. However, for the purpose of normal operation of the website it is possible that the computer system acquires certain information whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols (e.g. log files). 3) By filling in the form called “Newsletter” the user provides his own personal data (email address). The inclusion of such data is optional, however, failure to fill out the form does not allow the company to carry out the service of sending informative advertising. The processing is carried out with computer systems and the duration of the same depends on the will of the user, who, at any time, may revoke his consent to receive newsletters by contacting the email address given above. It is permitted to request the ’Newsletter“ service only to the user who has already reached the age of sixteen, or - if under sixteen - who has been previously authorized by the holders of parental responsibility.
4) By filling out the form called “Contact” the user provides his/her personal data (name, email, phone, etc.).
4.1 The inclusion of such data is not mandatory, however, failure to fill out the form does not allow the company to respond to requests for information from the user. The processing is carried out with computer systems and the duration of the same depends on the will of the user who, at any time - by contacting the email address indicated above - can revoke his consent to the processing of his data. It is permitted to request information only from the user who has already reached the age of sixteen, or - if under sixteen - who has been previously authorized by the holders of parental responsibility.
4.2 The data provided by the user through the form called “Contact” may also be processed for sending advertising. The inclusion of such data is not mandatory, but failure to fill in does not allow the company to send informative advertising. The processing is carried out with computer systems and the duration of the same depends on the will of the user who, at any time - by contacting the email address indicated above - may revoke his consent to the processing of his data. It is permitted to request the advertising service only to the user who has already reached the age of sixteen, or - if under sixteen - who has been previously authorized by the holders of parental responsibility.
5) By filling out the form in the “Work with us” section, the user provides his/her own personal data (first name, last name, sending his/her resume, etc.). The release of such data is not mandatory, however, failure to fill out the form with the required data does not allow the company to evaluate the job proposal coming from the user. These data will be processed by computer and paper systems, and the duration of storage depends on whether the employment relationship is established or not.
5.1 In fact, if as a result of filling out the form the company decides to employ you, then the period of processing will correspond to the duration of the employment relationship and-from the termination of the relationship-for an additional ten years, and this is for the purposes of the most complete protection at the legal level.
5.2 On the other hand, in the case of non-employment, the company will immediately delete the user's data, or - in the case of profiles that are interesting but not necessary at the time of CV submission - the company will retain the personal data for the maximum period of one year after the job offer is sent.
Submission of personal information for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship is allowed only to the user who has already reached the age of majority.
6) Without prejudice to the discipline on cookies (to which we refer for more information), this website does not provide for the existence of an automated decision-making process for the purpose of commercial profiling (a targeted marketing technique that encompasses the set of activities of collecting and processing users“ data for the purpose of understanding their choices and behaviors in order to divide their interests into ”profiles," i.e., homogeneous groups by increasingly specific behaviors or characteristics).
USER'S RIGHTS UNDER EU REG. 2016/679
Art. 13 par. 2 of EU REG.2016/679 lists the user's rights. B Cosmetics Srl therefore intends to inform you of the existence:
-of the data subject's right to request from the data controller access to personal data (Art. 15 EUREG) and rectification (Art. 16 EUREG) or erasure of personal data (Art. 17 EUREG) or restriction of processing concerning him/her (Art. 18 EUREG) or to object to their processing (Art. 21 EUREG), as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 EUREG);
